We are committed to protecting the privacy of our community while maintaining a secure environment for creators and license holders. By using our website, Discord bot, The User Portal, or "The Console" (Staff Only), you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide secure technical assistance and ensure compliance with original asset licenses.

• Account Metadata: When signing in via Discord OAuth, we collect your Discord ID, username, and avatar to establish your profile.
• Verification Assets: We store records of your Booth Receipts, Order Numbers, and Proof of Purchase. These are kept in an encrypted audit trail for a period of seven (7) years to protect both the collective and the member during creator-led license audits.
• Technical Logs: We log technical data, such as IP addresses and hardware fingerprints, to monitor for fraud, prevent "ripping" (unauthorized extraction), and block ban evasion.
• Discord & VRChat Integration: Our bot processes your Discord User ID and VRChat Username to manage roles, facilitate private uploads, and verify that assets are only delivered to the legitimate license holder.
• Age Assurance: In compliance with 2026 platform standards, we utilize Discord's native age-inference metadata. We do not store government IDs or biometric data.

Your information is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Community Management: Maintaining User Portal access, syncing Discord roles, and performing Individual Technical Assistance (uploading modified assets to your account).
• License Verification: Proving to original creators (e.g., Mochiyama Kingyo) that our members have paid for the underlying base models.
• Security & Enforcement: Protecting original creator IP and our custom technical edits from unauthorized distribution or extraction.
• Support: Facilitating requests submitted via our verified community channels.

We do not sell your personal data. Information is only shared under these specific conditions:

• Payment Processing: Transactions are handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
• License Verification: If a creator (the original IP holder) requests a license audit, we will disclose relevant Booth Order Numbers to confirm your legal right to the asset.
• Platform Safety: Information regarding confirmed asset theft, "ripping," or severe misconduct may be shared with VRChat Inc. Trust & Safety or the VN3 License alliance.
• Legal Necessity: We will disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our community.

We implement industry-standard encryption for our web dashboard and proprietary security measures for all digital assets.

• Notice — The Security Kill-Switch: Fooshi Mafia employs a strict Security Kill-Switch. If unauthorized extraction tools are detected on a linked account, access to all modified assets will be permanently revoked to protect original creator IP and our custom technical edits.

Our website uses essential cookies solely to maintain your login state. Disabling cookies in your browser settings will prevent access to the User Portal and the asset delivery system.

• Access: You can view your account metadata and stored receipts directly via the User Portal.
• Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account by opening a support ticket.
• Data Retention: Per TOS Section 08, we reserve the right to retain a cryptographic hash of the Discord IDs of individuals banned for asset theft to prevent re-entry into our systems.

Fooshi Mafia is committed to compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

• GDPR — EU & UK Residents: If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Our lawful basis for processing is: (a) performance of a contract (service delivery and license verification), (b) legitimate interests (fraud prevention and IP protection), and (c) legal obligation where required by applicable law. We will respond within 30 days as required by law.
• CCPA — California Residents: You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information), and not be penalized for exercising your privacy rights. To submit a CCPA request, contact us at support@fooshimafia.net or via the User Portal. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law.

• Verification Assets: Retained in our encrypted audit trail for seven (7) years from the date of the associated transaction.
• Technical Logs: Retained for up to ninety (90) days, then automatically purged unless an active investigation requires extended retention.
• Account Metadata: Retained for the duration of your membership and purged within thirty (30) days of account deletion, except where a legal hold applies.
• Cryptographic Hashes: Banned Discord ID hashes are retained indefinitely to prevent re-entry. No personally identifiable information beyond the hash is stored for this purpose.
• Bot Event Logs: Discord bot logs are retained for up to thirty (30) days for moderation purposes and then deleted.

All retention schedules are subject to legal obligations that may require data to be held longer than the periods specified above. In such cases, data will not be used for any purpose other than compliance with the relevant legal requirement.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our community resources or applicable platform regulations. Material changes will be announced via our Discord community. Continued use of the collective's resources constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
